When I decided to run for office in District 1, I did so with one goal in mind: to serve the people and all people of this district. That means listening, showing up, and making sure every corner of our city gets the attention and investment it deserves.

As Orange faces tough financial headwinds, it's time to rethink old dynamics and tap into untapped assets—starting with Chapman University. By partnering with Chapman’s private sector resources and connections to help reimagine underutilized city properties, the City can reduce costs, build smarter, and strengthen a relationship that’s long overdue for a reset.

My proposal to revitalize the Mills Act in Orange centers on reopening the program with stronger accountability tools—such as an online compliance portal where property owners can upload receipts and photos of qualified exterior work—to ensure follow-through on historic preservation commitments.
