Orange is facing tightening revenues and rising service costs, making budget transparency and community involvement essential. Instead of focusing on blame, the priority is stabilizing finances while protecting critical services, then later reviewing how the city got into its current position. The plan calls for plain-language, visual budget presentations, interactive dashboards, and cost-neutral strategies like digital outreach, renegotiating underused contracts, leveraging local expertise, and encouraging staff-driven savings ideas. The message emphasizes that the budget affects everyone, and solutions must be built collaboratively to create a stronger, more resilient city.

When I decided to run for office in District 1, I did so with one goal in mind: to serve the people and all people of this district. That means listening, showing up, and making sure every corner of our city gets the attention and investment it deserves.
