Modern Permit Parking
Modern Permit Parking is a common-sense upgrade to the City’s residential parking system that replaces outdated physical hangtags with a digital, license plate-based permit model using technology the City already uses. The program protects the number of permits currently issued to residents while introducing a scalable structure for any additional permits beyond that amount, helping reduce overcrowding improving availability and potential revenue. By modernizing enforcement, simplifying the resident experience, and cutting administrative inefficiencies, this initiative delivers a more efficient, and accountable approach to managing parking across Orange.
Reintroducing Chapman University & The City of Orange
As Orange faces tough financial headwinds, it's time to rethink old dynamics and tap into untapped assets—starting with Chapman University. By partnering with Chapman’s private sector resources and connections to help reimagine underutilized city properties, the City can reduce costs, build smarter, and strengthen a relationship that’s long overdue for a reset.
From Manual to Modern: The AI Transformation of Orange
This proposal outlines a citywide plan to modernize operations in the City of Orange through the strategic integration of artificial intelligence across all departments.
Orange Isn’t Just Old Towne — It’s Time We Act Like It
