The future of Orange will be shaped by the next generation, and their voices should be part of the conversation today. This proposal introduces the idea of a Youth Advisory Committee, bringing together residents ages 18–24 to engage with city government. The committee would give young people an opportunity to share ideas, learn about civic leadership, and participate in shaping their community. Investing in youth civic engagement today helps build stronger leadership for Orange tomorrow.

A citywide push to help residents better understand and use their local government. This campaign aims to equip citizens with the knowledge and tools to navigate City Hall, understand budgets, and get real issues solved. Through easy-to-digest videos, guides, email content, and community events, the initiative targets not just District 1, but the entire City of Orange.
